Hi, Iām Greg Mattern with Team Mattern at Guild Mortgage. Since 2013, we've built our business on consistent communication, exceptional service, clear expectations, and on-time closings.
With years of mortgage experience, I take pride in serving as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate every stage of homeownership with professionalism, integrity, and personalized guidance. Our in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams allow us to move quickly and deliver a smooth, positive experience from application to closing.
We offer a wide range of financing options, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Manufactured Home, and Down Payment Assistance programs. I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers, self-employed borrowers, and clients navigating divorce-related housing needs.
When I'm not helping clients achieve their homeownership goals, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Denise, our three grown children, three grandchildren, and our Bernedoodles, Ollie and Cooper. Giving back is also a big part of my life, and I'm actively involved in supporting local and international charities.
