Rachael, raised in Minnesota, attended undergraduate school in Indiana, and has studied in Ecuador, Mexico and Costa Rica. She chose Denver as her home because of the vast outdoor activities and diversity of people and communities. With nearly 20 years of experience in social work and education, she developed a passion for serving others, consulting and problem solving, and building communities.
This passion continues in real estate as she strives to exude a relationship-based, service-driven approach when working with each client. Rachael wants to be an advocate and partner, helping her clients navigate the home buying/selling process and managing the emotions that come alongside every real estate transaction.
Rachael’s passion and success can be attributed to her dedication to helping and counseling others when navigating big life experiences, such as buying or selling a home. She thrives at building trust, connecting, guiding, and negotiating with an approachable yet calm demeanor. Rachael’s unequally diverse background allows her to provide insights and exceptional real estate client experiences. She would consider herself a compassionate and competent collaborator in the real estate space. She shows clients what true client care and satisfaction are all about.
Rachael is passionate about spending time with her two sons, whether in the mountains biking, hiking or listening to live music, or near home watching them play baseball, lacrosse, or hockey. When she’s not at home or the office, Rachael can be found running the local trails, paddleboarding or fishing on a local lake, or reading a good book on her back patio. She not only speaks Spanish, but is a parenting coach and consultant.
As the Colorado Team Leader for Premiere Group, a 200+ nation wide agent real estate group within REAL Broker, she leads with a goal for each agent to feel competent and confident in what they do. She is inclusive and informative, acknowledging and valuing others strengths and talents on the team. Rachael is a natural connector, and readily resources others with what she knows and who she knows. She believes that a group’s culture is the most important foundation for growing and thriving together.
